Revenue Operations · AI Builder

Jonah Turcotte

I help B2B software companies build the revenue operations backbone that lets leadership trust its own numbers — systems, forecasting, and process, from early growth through scale.

About

I run revenue operations end-to-end for B2B software companies — CRM architecture, forecasting models, pipeline and incentive comp systems, GTM tech stack strategy, and the cross-functional reporting that lets sales, marketing, and customer success operate off the same numbers. I've done this through hypergrowth, acquisitions, and private equity ownership, building the systems that hold up as a company scales from a few million in ARR into the hundreds of millions.

I'm also an early adopter of AI-assisted development. I build custom MCP servers, internal web applications, and AI agents that plug directly into the GTM stack — using tools like Claude Code to go from idea to working software without waiting on an engineering queue. That's let me automate pieces of the revenue lifecycle, from intelligent prospecting to executive dashboard reporting, that used to require a dedicated engineering team.
